Bring your walking boots and explore the Blue John Mines and caves at nearby Castleton (3 miles) or take a hike up the famous Mam Tor. The spa town of Buxton, the market town of Bakewell, and the stunning Chatsworth House and Gardens are all within 10 miles.

It’s Saturday afternoon. You’ve just returned to the lodge from a morning walk along stunning Lose Hill, followed by a delicious pub lunch at local village favourite The Cheshire Cheese Inn (only five minute walk from the lodge!). You’re now kicking back in the garden, soaking up the late afternoon sun and planning tomorrow’s adventure to Peveril Castle, before taking a dip in the spacious hot tub. Simply perfect!
Family-managed Lose Hill Lodge is located in the lovely village of Hope within easy walking distance of a handful of excellent local pubs, cafés and shops.
